URE Program Management Administrator
White Plains, NY or Remote
The URE Program Management Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Program Management team with a variety of administrative responsibilities to include frequently interacting with clients when assisting with a variety of inquiries. A professional, organized, and great communicator with the opportunity to develop Program Management skills as they work hand-in-hand with their team members and partner with a diverse set of business units that support our client solutions. While this is an entry level position, there is opportunity for growth!
- Responsible for analyzing and supporting financial reporting practices.
- Utilizing superior and proactive communication skills to effectively execute and manage through all tasks large and small
- Generating reoccurring and adhoc reports as needed for PM department
- Supporting staff in assigned project‐based work
- Responsible for routine monthly billing tasks
- Working individually and with team to effectively manage and prioritize diverse workload
- Managing websites used by the Sales team demonstrating Hinda’s capabilities
- Investigate and prepare responses to correspondence concerning routine inquiries
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent of 2+ years experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills a must
- Some light project management skills a plus
- Must be able learn new software applications quickly. Use of Word, Excel & PowerPoint a must.
- High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Must be able to multi-task, set priorities and be deadline driven
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and tackle client issues
- Manage individual workload and deliver to agreed-upon timelines
