Copywriter/Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Purpose
This position is primarily responsible for ongoing maintenance of our online awards catalog. This includes careful review and editing of existing copy, writing copy for product additions to corporate copy standards, and review of images supplied by manufacturers. In addition, this position supports the copywriting and creative needs for other corporate marketing efforts, including development of blog postings and corporate newsletters, oversight of B2B digital marketing for company (including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn), creation and modification of graphics and images as requested, and contributing to internal communications through digital intranet postings and more.
 
Key Responsibilities
Proofread/review existing catalog copy, making edits and corrections where appropriate

Develop new product copy from supplier-provided spec sheets and/or other resources

Review product categorization in online catalog to ensure correct and optimal placement

Review supplier-provided images for quality and usability

Regularly review/audit catalog and/or proposals to ensure quality

Oversee digital marketing and email marketing efforts for company using a variety of platforms including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Manage updates to company website utilizing content management systems

Develop copy for corporate marketing, both print and digital (i.e., newsletters, blogs, brochures, etc.)

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or English
 
1+ years of copywriting experience and/or digital marketing

 Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing platforms, and CMS is a plus

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
