Job Location: Chicago, IL
Reports To: Customer Service Manager
Job Description
Responsible for all day-to-day functions of the switchboard. Responsible for assisting other departments with clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally answer incoming calls through the switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate person.
- Registers all visitors
- Basic Data Entry functions such as entering tracking information or assisting other departments with data entry
- Manages Sales Support duties including managing the discontinued log, canceling orders, refunding points, notifying participants/clients.
- Handles all emails from Merchandising team (substitutes, obtaining correct addresses, phone numbers, etc.)
- Orders office supplies
- Sort US Mail
- Mails back order notices
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years of front desk experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
