Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for direct client contact and support of projects for clients/programs including: creating project requirement documents and demos, implementing projects plans and timelines, working with the sales team to develop and execute marketing and program growth plans, managing the implementation of Express programs and follow up on daily issues regarding implementation of programs. Customer service via email and telephone with Express participants will also be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Sales team to assist in projects/programs from design to development to production
- Proactively manage current client relationships at all levels of the organization in order to achieve solution objectives and grow sales revenue
- Manage multiple new and existing clients.
- Work with technology to determine issues that need to be resolved
- Work in a fast-paced, fluid environment and be a team-oriented & company-oriented individual
- Manage multiple project deliverables, goals & milestones and implement adjustments as needed
- Understand the client profile including: industry knowledge, vision, mission, core values, demographics and psychographic, including customer goals, objectives, culture and personal needs
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Education/Experience preferred: Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of client account management within a service industry
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience working with IT Department or E-Commerce company is a plus
