Job Purpose
Support and assist CFO and President in carrying out strategic operating initiatives, evaluates and recommends courses of action related to asset investment and operations, and reviews all contractual obligations of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Review and execute all contracts for suppliers, customers, value added resellers, account managers, Hinda specific insurance policies and other corporate agreements.
 
Oversee Controller and Accounts Receivable Manager functions within the Finance Department.  Provide guidance, encourage innovation, and promote career development within the department.
 
Proactively advance the automation of manual processes making full use of our systems. Work across all departments of the company and across business units to achieve optimal work efficiencies and accuracy in all corporate operations.
 
Maintain working relationships with external auditors, banks, and third-party contractors.
 
Perform ad hoc reporting as required by CFO and President related to Board of Director and Operational needs.
 
Maintain oversight and insure accuracy of monthly financial reporting package- Balance Sheet, Cash Flows, and Income Statement.  Understand variances to prior year and budget as well as recommend courses of action to increase corporate performance.
 
Create proforma models, assist with due diligence, and make presentations as needed in support of our Corporate Strategic Plan to grow sales.
 
Maintain accounting knowledge and professional certifications as necessary to support financial and operational reporting needs of the company.
 
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Accounting.  Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in an Accounting Management Role.
CPA Required.

Must be competent in all Microsoft Office products, must be advanced in Excel. 
Must have very good verbal and written communication skills to handle the administrative needs and effectively communicate company needs or positions to both internal and external clients, associations, or entities.
